EXCHANGE POLICY PER CATEGORY

We are committed to your satisfaction, so if you purchase the incorrect Concealer or Tinted Skin Conditioner shade, you can either exchange for the correct shade or receive store credit within 14 days of purchase- no questions asked. We work hard to offer high-quality, vegan, and cruelty-free goods at affordable prices. 

Due to this mission statement, we can only accept exchanges on all other products if they are unopen and unused. For all exchanges, customers are responsible for the shipping of the returned item. We ask that you refer to our social media pages to ensure you are comfortable with a shade before purchasing. We do not offer refunds.

  

 

All Other Products, including Lips, Eyes, Brows, Liners:  We will allow the exchange or store gift card for any unopened item within 14 days of receipt.  We do not allow for opened items outside of our Skin Serum Foundations, Caffeine Concealers, and Tinted Skin Conditioners.

 

Please also note: Because our products are so affordably priced, sale prices are only for the stated sale time. We do not offer price adjustments under any circumstances.
